Oh, Happy Day!

Grateful that my children already love each other. I hope they become each others greatest ally
Happy that my John Lewis Sofas and Snuggler have started to arrive. I have waited years to own sofas that I don't feel I have to explain!
Pleased that I can start to ask people to come and stay with us. Connections with others is what matters
Excited about a little trip away we have planned (My husbands first since May 2011, not including Christmas'!)
Enjoying getting in the bath with my baby and The Tales of Beatrix Potter with my big
Trying to find time to order, call, email, organise, cancel, find, begin, end....
Hoping that we will have a house we can call a home soon
Ready for a weekend that includes a birthday party, a swimming trip and a Baptism where I have the privilege of becoming a God Parent

  1. This is such a lovely post :-) And loving your sofa! Ours is so uncomfy and I'd love to upgrade but with a messy 3 year old about it's probably best to wait! x

  2. It's so weird how many blogs I read and I think that's me too! We deliberated over that settee (in green) for ages when we moved but there was nothing wrong with our old one and so we had to face reality and spend the money on things we really needed (like a working boiler...) It's gorgeous, lucky you! And my daughter has those pyjamas! Freaky. X

  4. I too love this post, and the photo. So much going on in your life right now! You do have excellent taste in sofas though. I can confirm that the large barbican is veeery comfy. I am most jealous of your snuggler though, we couldn't afford that too.

    Enjoy your weekend!
